Katrina Kaif is a big name in the Bollywood( Indian Film) Industry. She is the most demanding Actress in today’s date. She is admired for her natural beauty, grace, elegance and charm. All the young girls in India idolize Katrina and dreams about looking like her. She is the first Indian actress who has a Barbie doll named after her-Katrina Barbie Doll.
Katrina was born in Hong Kong on 16th July 1984 to an Indian Kashmiri father but a British native, Mohammad Kaif and Caucasian- British Mother Suzanne Turquotte. She was brought up in Hawaii till the age of 14 and then moved to England. Katrina has seven sibling’s six sisters and one brother.
Katrina started her career very early in the age of 14 with modeling .She did various modeling assignment in London and also walked in London Fashion week.
Her movie career started in 2003 where she was introduced in Bollywood by director Kaizad Gustad in Boom. Initially she had some hard time in Bollywood because of her accent and Hindi speaking problems. Along with movies she also did modeling projects in India for various brands like Veet, Lakme, Lg, Fevicol, and Coca-cola. Katrina got success in 2005 from Sarkar with co-star Abhishek bachchan and Maine pyar kyun kiya with Salman Khan. Most her films are co-starred with Akshay Kumar. Though Katrina performed variety of roles in her movies but she was highly appreciated in New York and Rajneeti. Katrina also worked in some South Indian Movie like Malliswari, Allari Pidugu, and Balram vs. Taradas.
